To enroll for a camp session, complete this application form and mail it with your deposit so that we receive it no later than June 10, 2008. We will confirm
your place in the program(s) and session(s) that you have chosen. Your confirmation package will include an acknowledgement of receipt of your deposit, a clothing and equipment checklist, a medical form and travel directions. Please use a separate Enrollment Form for each child.

Deposits: When submitting your application for summer camp, please include
a deposit for each camper as follows:
Day Camp: Please send $25 for each child for the first session; no deposit
is necessary for each additional session.
Overnight Camp: Please send $50
for each child and for each session.
Balance of Camp Fee: The balance of the camp fee is due as follows: Day
Camp - 1st Day of the camp session. Overnight Camp - 7 Days before the
start of the camp session.
Refunds: If not accepted for a program, the deposit will be returned. A
cancellation by the applicant less than 14 days before the start of the
program will result in the loss of the deposit. In the event that the
space can be filled in the remaining time, the deposit will then be
refunded. Refunds after the session has begun will only be made if, due to
inclement weather or other unforseen circumstances, the Association is
unable to conduct the program.
